We want you to love your purchase from Shop Style & More! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund or store credit. Please read our policy below for more details.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and custom reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Underwear
- Lingerie
- Costume Clothes
- Custom Products
- Adult Products (including Sex Toys)
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us right away using the details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer service team at diamondwholesalehelp@gmail.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Once you have your RMA number and the mailing address, securely place just the item (without its original packaging if preferred, but ensure it's protected) in a mailing package.
- Mail your return to the address provided with your RMA number.
Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Refunds
After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We'll send you an email notification once your return has been processed.
